Two Click Rule
So you're on hubpages, reading, soaking it all in and clicking away. Rather than click the back button to move on, lets start something new. The two-click-rule. With so much information at our finger tips and that mouse just sliding around waiting for a great link, button, or activity we can have an impressive impact on the hubpage community.

Two Click or Not Two Click
Roaming the vast information of hubpages, I have been overwhelmed by the knowledge and experience others have to share. I love it! Unfortunately, I don't think we are letting people know often enough.
Implementing the two click rule, I would like to propose a suggestion. Everytime... and I mean everytime you visit a page that does not belong to you, you make a minimum of two clicks.
Your two clicks may include any of the following:
- Leave a comment with your opinions
- Join a hubber's fan club
- Visit affiliate links
- Follow links to a new hub
- Read the latest news articles
- Share the hub with others
- Give a hub a thumbs up
- Rate a hub
We come here to help support and encourage the advancement of this community and each other. Whether we are here to make money or share our knowledge, with two little clicks we can make a difference in the quality and content of our experience and the experience of others.

I have always felt a "Thumbs Up" and nice comment is the least we can do if we are happy with our visit! Thanks for the reminder.
Agreed Doghouse, but I like to change things up -- visiting suggested links, some of the ads may be up my alley or join their fan club. Like you said though, 'the least', works well too.

Good ideas. It is always good to help other hubbers, especially by clicking on ads you are interested in.
I must agree Bible Studies. Even if we don't admit it, part of the reason we submit our hubs is to obtain at least a small piece of revenue. The ads are a great way to help a fellow hubber.
I have officially contributed my two-clicks.
I do this for every hub that I visit and always try to comment if I have something useful to say. Sometimes when there is nothing I can contribute by commenting, I make sure to give a thumbs up and check out their other hubs.

Just joined this community and already i can see that there are many friendly faces and helpful people out there willing to put in the effort to give information and expertise to the rest of the population and i am glad to say that i am soon to be one of them.
